SHIPPING PROVIDER

All orders are shipped via J&T Express. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and courier operations.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Metro Manila (NCR): 1–3 business days

Luzon (Outside NCR): 2–5 business days

Visayas: 4–7 business days

Mindanao: 5–10 business days

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

CASH ON DELIVERY

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible locations.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and prepare the exact amount upon delivery.

Failure to receive COD orders or repeated refusal of delivery may result in future orders being restricted.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your delivery status through the courier.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

J&T Express will attempt to deliver your order based on their standard delivery procedures.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address details, additional delivery attempts or return-to-sender policies may apply.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.

Perfume PH is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please contact us immediately before opening the package.

Claims related to lost or damaged shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the courier.
